Northeast Bank Announces Renovation of Augusta Banking Center

AUGUSTA, Maine, December 4, 2025 -- Northeast Bank (the “Bank”) (NASDAQ: NBN), announced today it received City planning board approval to renovate its 235 Western Avenue banking center in Augusta, marking a major investment in the community and significant upgrade to the Bank’s ability to serve current and prospective customers. The redesigned banking center will feature state-of-the-art technology, improved customer service areas and a more welcoming, efficient design.

The new building will be designed and managed by NES Group of Mansfield, MA. Construction is expected to begin in early spring, with customers served by a temporary office on-site during the renovation process and a planned re-opening the fall of 2026.

The renovation reflects the Bank’s continued commitment to providing exceptional service and competitive deposit solutions to the Augusta region.
