Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Contact Northeast Bank's Customer Success Center
    • Call 1-800-284-5989
    • Send a secure message through your online banking app
  2. Ask to have your online banking account deleted

Data Deletion from the App*

When you request deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted from the app:

  • Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number
  • Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app
  • App Usage Data: Any data related to your interactions and usage of the Northeast Bank online banking app

*Your data will be deleted from the app but not from the Bank's system. If you are looking to fully close your account(s) contact us or visit a Banking Center.
