Jim Krumsiek is Legal Counsel at Northeast Bank, and has practiced law in Massachusetts for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Northeast Bank in 2011, he was in private practice in Boston with the firm of Perry, Krumsiek and Jack, LLP, where his practice focused primarily on commercial transactions, including acquisitions, refinances, and restructuring of debt secured by real and/or personal property. Prior to joining Perry, Krumsiek and Jack, LLP, Mr. Krumsiek was in-house counsel to Capital Crossing Bank in Boston.
Before joining Capital Crossing in 2000, he was in private practice with several firms later became a partner at Riemer & Braunstein, LLP. Mr. Krumsiek holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1989 and the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 1990.
